Refund Processing Time
The time it takes to process your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used. The refund processing time begins once Tasmeabd initiates the refund based on your refund type.
Your refund amount will cover the product price and shipping fees for your returned item.
Types of Refunds
Tasmeabd processes refunds according to the following types:
- Refunds from Returns: Once your item is returned to our warehouse and has completed our quality control (QC) check, your refund will be processed. To learn how to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy.
- Refunds from Canceled Orders: If your order cancellation is successfully processed, the refund will be initiated automatically.
- Refunds from Failed Deliveries: If an item could not be delivered and is returned to the seller, the refund process will begin once the item reaches us. Please note that this may take additional time depending on your shipping address’s location.
Conditions for Refunds
For a refund to be processed, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any defects.
- Original Packaging: The product must include all original tags, any user manuals, warranty cards (if applicable), free gifts, the invoice, and all accessories.
- Manufacturer’s Packaging: The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Tasmeabd’s packaging/box, the same packaging/box must be used for the return. Please do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
Important Notes
- When preparing your return package, it is crucial to clearly mention your order number and return tracking number. This helps avoid any difficulties or delays in processing your return.
- When you hand over your package to the drop-off station or pickup agent, please remember to collect and save Tasmeabd’s return acknowledgment receipt for your future reference.
